Federal Law No.224-Ф3 on state-private partnerships, devised by the Ministry of Economic Development, comes into force on 1 January 2016, and regional laws on state-private partnerships must be brought into line with the federal law during the first six months of the year.

St. Petersburg’s law on state-private partnerships differs substantially from the new federal law. Journalists from ‘Kommersant’ decided to find out lawyers’ opinions concerning the changes.
