On 8 September the St. Petersburg Committee on Investments introduced its own version of amendments to the city law ‘On Establishing the Price of Land in St. Petersburg’, which had been adopted on its first reading.

In relation to the coming into force of legal provisions concerning the bankruptcy and insolvency of citizens on 1 October 2015, ‘Delovoy Peterburg’ conducted a poll of legal firms to establish whether they planned to work with this category of persons.
Sergey Bakeshin, Senior Lawyer of Maxima Legal, informed the newspaper that the company did not plan to deal with bankruptcy cases of individuals as an independent service, except in cases relating to the restructuring of debts and the bankruptcy of companies whose activities have led to the bankruptcy of citizens.
Industrialists Threatened by Inspections // Kommersant – St. Petersburg. 09.10.2015
The Government of St. Petersburg is planning to take an inventory of industrial territory from the beginning of 2016. The inventory will be conducted by the St. Petersburg Industrial Policy and Innovations Committee and the City Industrial Investment Agency.
