Maxima Legal team

Maxima Legal has begun collaborating with the Rosvodokanal Group of Companies in the state-private partnership domain. Our firm is assisting companies in the group by pointing out the legal risks involved in existing and planned concessional projects in the field of water supply and drainage.

On 1 and 2 December refresher courses were held in Krasnodar for representatives of state executive authorities, local authorities in the Krasnodar Region, state and municipal enterprises, as well as commercial organizations interested in pursuing investment projects on a public-private partnership basis. Vladimir Kilinkarov, Head of Maxima Legal’s Public-Private Partnership Department, was invited to lecture at the courses. He spoke about the problems and prospects for development of the legislation on state-private partnerships in Russia.

Maxima Legal would like to thank the Academy of Strategic Management and particularly its General Director Vladislav Simankov for the invitation and the warm welcome in Krasnodar.

The second conference on the development of transport infrastructure in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region was held on 25 November with the support of the Russian Federation Ministry of Transport.

In the section on ‘State-Private Partnerships’ Vladimir Kilinkarov, Head of Maxima Legal’s Public-Private Partnership Department, took part in the track ‘Inter-subject Transport Projects in the Sphere of State-Private Partnerships – the Challenge of the Time’.

On 11 November a working breakfast on the subject ‘Unformatted Formats as Part of the City’s Environment: Art Clusters, Lofts, Co-working Spaces’ was held at the ‘Benua 1890’ creative space. Maxima Legal acted as legal partner for the event, and Evgeniy Druzhinin, Head of the Real Estate and Construction Department, moderated the discussion along with Alyona Murgina, Marketing and PR Director of the Plaza Lotus Group.

There was a discussion on non-standard formats of commercial real estate: for example, the ‘Tkachi’ creative space, Loft Project Etagi and the Yarky Hostel and Space, among others.
